Richard Coleman has acted as an expert witness at Public Inquiry on issues relating to Townscape, Architecture and Architectural Quality, Urban Design and Conservation for numerous major schemes in London and elsewhere in the United Kingdom.  Richard generally prefers to represent schemes that he has been involved in as an advisor from inception.  He will consider representing schemes he has not previously worked on, however, where the quality can be shown to be excellent.
